What is this Visa?

This Visa is for skilled workers who are nominated by an Australian State or Territory government to live and work in Australia as a Permanent Resident (PR).

Eligibility

You must:

• Have a relevant occupation based on each individual state government
• Have a suitable skills assessment for the occupation
• Meet the points test pass mark of 60 points (refer to points list)
• Be nominated by a state or territory government
• Be under 45 years of age
• Have competent English
• Be invited to apply
