In joining AUG’s PIP Network, you will enjoy exchanging ideas and tackling cross cultural challenges with former and present program participants to promote ongoing professional development. As an AUG PIP alumnus, you will also have priority access to our international talent pool database upon graduation for professional linkage and networking across the globe
You will be working alongside with an immediate supervisor, who will also provide all round mentorship support. The objective is to promote dialogue throughout your internship, allowing you the opportunity to share your goals and insights with us, and provide and receive the feedback
You will be working in an environment that is encouraging and positive, and with a group of similarly passionate people. The objective is for you to tap into your potential to encourage personal growth, as well as foster an inclusive team environment
Upon successful completion of your internship you will receive a personalised internship completion letter and certificate. Upon request, we can provide you with a recommendation letter to assist you with your future job applications.

I am fortunate to be under the supervision of my mentors as they allocate me workloads which are enough for me to constantly learn new things and also guide me through areas of which I am not familiar with. I am looking forward to learning/accumulating more knowledge associated to the AUG system.
From being an Intern last year, transitioning to a part-time role, and now to a Full Time Staff of AUG. I cannot stress on how much AUG has helped me transition from a Final Year University Student to whom and where I am now. AUG is and always will be my first step into corporate life.
I have received a lot during this period of time, not only the knowledge and technical skills that my supervisor – Nancy and other AUG staffs have taught me, but also the joy and kindness from all of them. The AUG environment is energetic, exciting, and everyone tends to help each other. Just observing the everyday work and event preparation have taught me more about leadership, teamwork, and how people can come together, work together to get things done.
The amazing people in the company coupled with the challenging work tasks not only gave me a sense of working in a multi-national company but also the fulfillment in seeing my own marketing campaigns in actions! This is definitely a place where we constantly learn as we work where we can openly express our ideas and thoughts with good mentors. I would gladly encourage and every one of you to take up this experience if you seek to gain some valuable work experience in an amazing company with amazing people!
Personally, I am pleased to be part of AUG. I have been given a task to write an article on International Education business which is a good exposure for an Arts student like me to be aware and familiar with the writings and at the same time to know more and have a good understanding about AUG business’s nature. In addition, the staffs at AUG are very helpful and are up to teach me in different areas.
All my colleagues have also been nothing but warm and supportive. No one discriminates against my non-marketing or arts background either, always voicing their confidence in my abilities. Despite my inexperience, I have learnt much under their patient guidance. For that, I am grateful.
