National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters (NAATI) is the standards organisation responsible for setting, maintaining and promoting high professional standards to issue accreditation for those who wish to work as translators and interpreters in Australia.
In order to get an extra 5 points for migration points test, there are 2 options:

A Professional Year (PY) Program is a structured professional development program combining formal learning and workplace experience for international students who havegraduated from a university in Australia.
The programs run for 12 months and are currently available in the field of Accounting, Computer Science, and Engineering – Australian industries where the demand for skilled graduates is high.
There is normally a 12 weeks industrial internship included in the program. Upon completion of the program, you are able to claim additional 5 points for migration.
