About the course
This double degree combines exercise and sports science with nutrition science to improve health, wellbeing and human performance. You will study how physical activity and diet influence disease risk, fitness and quality of life, building expertise across both disciplines. The program includes accredited professional learning in exercise science and prepares graduates to apply integrated exercise and nutrition approaches across the lifespan in a bachelor-level sports science and nutrition pathway.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across sport, exercise, health and food sectors, applying combined exercise and nutrition expertise. Career settings include government and non-government health agencies, sport and recreation departments, high-performance sport organisations, institutes and academies, and exercise and sports science services. Opportunities also extend to public health nutrition, the food industry, food and nutrition communication, food safety and regulation, and education-related pathways for bachelor-trained sports science graduates.
