About the course
This double degree combines food technology and nutrition with business skills to meet the needs of the food industry. You’ll learn how foods are developed, produced and evaluated, alongside commercial knowledge in areas such as management and strategy. Designed for those wanting scientific expertise with strong business capability, the program is delivered on campus across RMIT’s Melbourne locations as a bachelor-level qualification in food science and business. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
