How do I make my acceptance deposit?

Acceptance Deposit

In recent times, major Universities around the world had been implementing better systems for international monetary exchanges for the convenience of their international students.

Here are the most common payment methods:

  • Telegraphic Transfers: Fastest and most convenient. Your local bank can also assist.
  • Bank draft: Can be assisted by your local bank, but may take a lot of time.
  • Credit Cards: Fastest, but payees must ensure there’s no payment limit and having enough amount of money in the card.
  • Western Union: Global third-party payment portal, widely used in Australia.
  • Institution Payment Portals: Check the payment method section of your University’s offer letter.

For UK applications

  • Deposit payments are not compulsory for some UK institutions (particularly the traditional universities) to accept an offer and obtain a CAS(Confirmation Acceptance of Studies) for the student’s visa application.
  • Hall of Residence booking is important once the student accepts a conditional or unconditional offer.

There are many ways for AUG counsellors to assist, be it verbal guidance (in English or your native language), or assistance with online payment methods.

Our counsellors will help ensure a smooth payment process throughout your acceptance process.
