About the course
This combined Master of Clinical Audiology and PhD pathway lets you develop advanced clinical skills in hearing assessment and rehabilitation while completing a substantial research project. Designed as an integrated postgraduate program, it supports early development as a clinician-researcher and enables the combined qualification to be completed in four years. It is a postgraduate combined professional and research program in audiology. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue careers as audiologists with strong research capability across hospitals, hearing clinics, community health services and industry. The integrated PhD also supports pathways into research-intensive roles, clinical academic positions and leadership in evidence-based hearing health. You may work in diagnostic audiology, rehabilitation and hearing technology development. It is a postgraduate combined clinical audiology and doctoral research qualification.
