About the course
This Certificate II in Cookery is an introductory programme delivered through Victoria University’s Vocational Education & Training Delivered to Secondary Students (VDSS). It builds foundational kitchen knowledge and practical skills for assisting roles, focusing on safe equipment use, hygiene and basic food preparation and presentation under supervision.
