About the course

The Graduate Certificate in Food Science explores food science, manufacturing and quality assurance through advanced study. It is designed to prepare students for roles in the food and associated industries with coverage of food chemistry, processing, food safety and microbiology. Graduates can progress into the Graduate Diploma in Food Science with full credit for a broader and more comprehensive understanding of the field.
