About the course
This graduate certificate builds contemporary knowledge in food science and technology, with teaching informed by UQ research in food safety and quality management, food chemistry and microbiology, processing and new product development. Designed for working professionals, it develops practical and theoretical skills to address challenges such as food security, sustainability and biosecurity through a flexible half-year full-time (or part-time equivalent) program in Food Sciences.
