About the course
The Bachelor of Nutrition Science explores how food influences health and wellbeing across individuals and communities, with a focus on sustainable food systems. You’ll build a foundation in nutrition science alongside related areas such as exercise and nutrition, community health nutrition, food chemistry, biochemistry and metabolism, and research-informed practice. This bachelor degree prepares you for nutrition-related roles across health, industry and policy. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles supporting nutrition and health initiatives across community and public health, government and policy, and the food industry.
