About the course
Study the science of food and nutrition and how products move from concept to consumer. You’ll build skills in food manufacturing and processing, packaging, quality assurance and regulation, plus marketing and consumer understanding. The course combines scientific foundations with practical, industry-informed learning to prepare you for roles across the food sector. This is a Bachelor Degree in Food Sciences. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue work across food manufacturing and product development, quality assurance and food safety, packaging and process improvement, and technical or regulatory support roles. You may work with food producers, suppliers, laboratories, retailers, or government and standards-related organisations, applying nutrition and food science knowledge to develop and improve products.
