Study the science of food and nutrition and how products move from concept to consumer. You’ll build skills in food manufacturing and processing, packaging, quality assurance and regulation, plus marketing and consumer understanding. The course combines scientific foundations with practical, industry-informed learning to prepare you for roles across the food sector. This is a Bachelor Degree in Food Sciences. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
