About the course
This Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Nutrition is an on-campus, one-year full-time program that builds advanced research capability in nutrition and related health science. You will undertake an honours research project and develop skills in scientific inquiry, analysis and communication while exploring nutrition’s role in health and community outcomes. This is an undergraduate honours qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue roles across nutrition, food and public health settings, including nutrition and health coaching, community or public health nutrition, health promotion and policy work, and nutrition communications. Opportunities may also exist in food industry pathways such as product development, recipe development, trends analysis, and food quality, safety, policy and regulation. This is an undergraduate honours qualification in Nutrition & Dietetics. Preparing graduates for nursing, allied health, and community care professional registration and graduate roles.
