About the course
This double degree builds advanced capability in understanding environmental systems and applying engineering solutions to real-world sustainability challenges. You’ll combine environmental science with environmental engineering study and practical, industry-relevant projects, preparing you to assess impacts, design interventions and support responsible development. The programme is an on-campus undergraduate honours pathway focused on environmental science and engineering practice.
Career outcome
Graduates can work across government, consulting and industry on environmental assessment, monitoring and engineering design for sustainable infrastructure and resource management. Roles may include environmental engineer, environmental consultant, environmental scientist or engineering specialist supporting compliance, remediation and impact mitigation. This is a bachelor honours double degree aligned to careers spanning environmental science and environmental engineering.
