About the course
UniSQ’s Bachelor of Construction (Honours) develops applied skills to plan, deliver and lead building projects across residential, commercial, industrial and infrastructure sectors. You’ll build capability in engineering solutions for construction problems, construction project and business management, and areas such as the built environment, quantity surveying and building services design. Industry-based practical experience and credit for prior diploma/apprenticeship study can help fast-track completion.

To graduate from the Bachelor of Construction (Honours), you must successfully complete 32 units of study.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for roles across residential, commercial and industrial construction environments, supporting the delivery, costing, scheduling and supervision of projects. Typical job paths include construction estimator, construction manager, construction project manager, contract administrator, quality control manager, scheduler, site manager and site supervisor. The degree is accredited by the Australian Institute of Building and may support eligibility for relevant Queensland building licences (subject to conditions).
