About the course
The Doctor of Philosophy (Law) at the University of Wollongong is a higher degree by research focused on developing original scholarship and making a significant contribution to legal knowledge. You will work closely with experienced supervisors, refine advanced research methods, and produce a substantial thesis. Study can be undertaken on campus or via distance, supporting flexible research candidature in Law. The programme develops legal research methodology, scholarly writing, and critical analysis for advanced professional and academic legal practice.
