About the course
The Doctor of Philosophy (Integrated) (Psychology) is a four-year research degree that combines a traditional PhD thesis with an initial year of coursework. In the first year you build research capability through generic research training and discipline-focused subjects, then progress into a supervised research project and thesis. It is designed to develop advanced, independent research skills and scholarly expertise in Psychology. The programme develops research expertise in human behaviour, psychological measurement, and evidence-based intervention design.
