About the course

UNSW’s Bachelor of Medical Studies/Doctor of Medicine/Arts is an eight-year dual program combining medical training with a dedicated Arts component. You’ll build strong foundations in biomedical science and clinical practice while developing broader perspectives through humanities and social sciences. The course is designed for students seeking an integrated pathway into medical practice alongside advanced skills in critical thinking and communication in Medicine at Bachelor level.

Graduates are prepared to pursue a pathway toward becoming a medical practitioner after completing required postgraduate training and registration steps.
