About the course

This secondary education major within Curtin’s Master of Teaching is designed for graduates who want to teach Years 7–12. You’ll prepare to become a qualified secondary teacher by developing curriculum and classroom practice aligned to Australian schooling. Depending on your prior studies, you can specialise in one or two curriculum areas such as English, Maths, Science, HASS, Health and Physical Education or The Arts. This is a master coursework pathway in Education & Teaching.
