About the course
Western Sydney University’s Master of Professional Psychology is a one-year, APAC-accredited program designed to develop future psychologists through high-quality education, intensive support from an experienced clinical teaching team, and supervised professional placement opportunities with specialist clinics or external organisations. Graduates are eligible for provisional psychologist registration with AHPRA and can progress to the internship year required for full registration in psychology at master’s level.

This degree completes the first year of the two-year pathway toward psychologist registration, preparing graduates for provisional practice and progression to internship leading to full registration.
