About the course
The Master of Dietetics develops professional skills to deliver medical nutrition therapy and public health nutrition programs for diverse individuals and groups. You’ll study specialised topics including nutrition therapy, counselling and food service, and complete supervised placements across settings such as hospitals, community health, aged care and food service. You’ll also undertake an independent research project in nutrition and dietetics at master’s level. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.
