About the course
This double degree combines scientific study of food and nutrition with broad business foundations. You’ll build knowledge of nutrition across the lifespan and its role in wellbeing and disease prevention, alongside core business capabilities in areas such as finance, marketing, economics and management. Graduates are prepared to apply ethical, evidence-informed nutrition expertise in industry, government or small business contexts as Bachelor-level professionals in nutrition and business.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles that blend nutrition expertise with business capability across health, public service and industry settings. Career pathways may include nutrition and health program support in national or international health agencies, work in state or federal health departments, public health nutrition and nutrition communications. Opportunities may also exist in food science and technology, food safety and regulation, quality assurance, research and product development, and education as Bachelor-level practitioners in nutrition and business.
