The course is delivered on campus at Bruce, Canberra and is designed as an AQF level 8 postgraduate qualification in nutrition-related study. The programme deepens scientific methodology, data interpretation, and applied research skills for laboratory and field-based careers.
Career outcome
Graduates can apply nutrition science knowledge in health and wellbeing contexts, supporting nutrition education, program delivery and evidence-informed decision-making across community and clinical-adjacent settings. The qualification may also provide a pathway to further postgraduate study in nutrition and related health disciplines. Career directions may include nutrition support roles in health services, public health programs, community organisations and the broader wellbeing sector.
