About the course
This Advanced Diploma of Dental Prosthetics develops the clinical and technical capabilities needed to design, construct and fit dental prostheses, preparing you for professional practice in Australia. You’ll build practical skills through on-campus learning and industry-aligned training, with a focus on patient care, laboratory processes and clinical procedures. This is a part-time, on-campus Advanced Diploma in dentistry. The programme builds patient care fundamentals, clinical assistance skills, and health workplace practice.

Graduates are prepared to work in dental prosthetics and allied oral health settings, applying practical clinical and laboratory skills to provide dentures and other dental prostheses for patients. Career pathways may include roles as a dental prosthetist in private practices, dental clinics, or dental laboratories, working with dentists and oral health teams.
