About the course
This dual qualification builds technical cookery skills and advanced hospitality management capability for work in Australia’s restaurant sector. The course also covers practical operations such as budgeting, rostering, marketing, customer service and sustainable workplace practices for hospitality settings at a supervisory/management level.
