About the course
The Diploma of Global Hotel Management introduces core hotel and hospitality operations and management foundations through The Hotel School. You’ll build practical capability across accommodation operations, food and beverage service, marketing and communication, suited to those entering the industry or changing careers. The diploma also provides a pathway into the Associate Degree of Global Hotel Management and the Bachelor of Global Hotel and Tourism Management.
