This entry-level qualification prepares you to work in central sterilisation services within the health sector. You’ll build practical skills to chemically disinfect equipment, follow infection prevention and control procedures, manage sterile stock, and inspect, pack and handle reusable medical instruments. Training is supported by experienced industry professionals and includes applied learning to help you transition into sterilisation services as a Certificate III health worker. The programme builds patient care fundamentals, clinical assistance skills, and health workplace practice.
