Designed for trade-level roles, it supports people formalising skills or progressing in horticulture through hands-on training. The programme develops laboratory safety, sample handling, and basic analytical techniques for technical roles.
Career outcome
Graduates can work in nursery production and related horticulture settings, supporting day-to-day operations in wholesale or retail environments. Typical pathways include roles such as production nursery tradesperson and vegetable grower, carrying out routine nursery tasks under broad supervision and independently.
