About the course
This qualification prepares you to work in community services roles supporting individuals and groups in residential and community settings. You’ll build practical skills to identify client needs, plan and develop appropriate services, and work ethically within legal responsibilities. The course introduces key areas such as mental health, alcohol and other drug services, and domestic violence support, and includes mandatory work experience. This is a Certificate III in Community Services.
