About the course
This course develops theoretical knowledge and advanced practical skills for occupational therapy practice in changing health and community contexts. You’ll study emerging theories of occupation, clinical reasoning to support reflective practice, and build management, evaluation and applied research capability. It is a postgraduate Graduate Certificate focused on Occupational Therapy. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.
Career outcome
Occupational therapists work with individuals, groups and communities to maximise participation in everyday occupations such as work, leisure and self-care. Graduates may find opportunities across diverse settings including hospitals, health centres, homes, workplaces, schools and aged-care housing.
