About the course
This Certificate III qualification prepares you for work as a light vehicle mechanic in the automotive retail, service and repair industry. You’ll develop practical skills to perform a broad range of mechanical tasks on a variety of light vehicles through face-to-face training, simulated workplace activities and workplace learning. The program can be undertaken as an apprenticeship and is delivered in block attendance across multiple weeks over three years.
