About the course
This undergraduate specialisation builds capability in user experience (UX) as a driver of business performance and customer satisfaction. It covers end-to-end UX across products, platforms and services, with emphasis on accessible design, systems and design thinking, analytics, user testing and entrepreneurship. You’ll work on real-world business problems, analysing markets, customer behaviour and accessibility, and learning to collaborate with design teams to deliver measurable outcomes in UX and digital business.
