About the course
Turn a passion for sport into a career by combining core sport science knowledge with complementary skills such as sports media and journalism, administration, event management, marketing, public relations and business management. The program covers the modern sports industry at local to international levels, offers flexible study pathways, and includes multiple workplace learning opportunities. This is an undergraduate Bachelor degree in Sports Science. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across the sport and fitness industries, supported by sport science foundations and industry-focused learning. Career pathways include sport and outdoor activity development, sport and tourism event planning, sports administration, sports business management, sports journalism and sports marketing.
