About the course
The Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine is a four-year program focused on diagnosing, treating and preventing foot and lower-limb conditions through extensive hands-on clinical training. You’ll build patient-facing skills and clinical confidence, supported by industry-informed teaching and strong clinical networks. Specialist learning can include areas such as sports injuries, biomechanics and paediatrics, with an optional scheduled medicines pathway for advanced clinical responsibilities in bachelor-level podiatry.
Career outcome
Graduates can work across diverse podiatry and health settings, including general and specialist podiatry practices (such as sports podiatry), hospitals, rehabilitation services, and community health centres. Career pathways may also extend to sports clinics, research centres, and consultancy roles supporting foot and lower-limb health. This degree prepares you for entry-level professional practice as a bachelor-qualified podiatry clinician.
