About the course
The Physical Sciences major lets you combine core study across physics, astronomy, chemistry, mathematics and geology, with an emphasis on integrating these disciplines to address emerging scientific challenges. You’ll explore how forces shape the universe, how matter behaves, and how Earth’s rocks and structures change over time, supported by mathematical frameworks for analysis and prediction. This is an undergraduate major within Curtin’s science offerings. The programme develops laboratory techniques, scientific writing, and analytical methods for research and industry settings.
