About the course

This combined degree blends food science and human nutrition with business, building scientific understanding of food production, safety and nutrition alongside skills in accounting, management and finance. You’ll gain practical laboratory experience and industry exposure, preparing you to work across the food and nutrition sector with commercial insight. It is an undergraduate combined qualification in Food Sciences and Business at The University of Newcastle. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
