About the course
Murdoch’s Bachelor of Psychology explores why people think, feel and behave the way they do, providing a strong foundation for professional pathways and broader careers. You’ll study key areas such as development across the lifespan, cognition, learning, emotion, personality, wellbeing, disorders and neuroscience, while building research skills to interpret evidence and apply psychological knowledge. This is an undergraduate psychology degree. The programme explores human behaviour, research methods, and applied psychology for community and organisational settings.

This degree builds an in-depth understanding of human behaviour that can be applied across many sectors. Graduates may pursue roles such as human resource advisor, UX designer, social research worker, policy and planning manager, health, safety and wellbeing officer, or youth worker.
