About the course
This Bachelor of Human Nutrition explores how food influences individual and population health within increasingly complex food systems. You’ll build a foundation in nutrition science and apply evidence-based approaches to support health and wellbeing across community and professional settings. Study is delivered on campus at UC’s Bruce campus in Canberra. This is an undergraduate qualification in nutrition and dietetics. The programme develops clinical skills, patient care fundamentals, and health sciences knowledge for registered practice pathways.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue roles across nutrition-related services in community, public health and wellbeing contexts, supporting individuals and groups with food and nutrition advice informed by evidence. Opportunities may exist in health promotion, food and nutrition programs, and related organisations where nutrition knowledge is valued.
