About the course
Deakin’s professionally accredited Bachelor of Forensic Science develops practical skills to examine, interpret and present scientific evidence for criminal investigations and legal processes. You’ll train in simulated crime scenes and purpose-built facilities, build courtroom communication skills, and study areas such as DNA, toxicology and illicit drug analysis. The bachelor degree also lets you tailor study through forensic biology or forensic chemistry specialisations.
