About the course
This honours degree prepares you to design and optimise chemical and sustainable process systems using green technologies. You’ll learn to engineer cleaner production for energy, materials, minerals, food and consumer goods, with an emphasis on real-world, industry-focused learning and problem-solving. The course builds a strong technical foundation while developing your ability to create sustainable solutions. This is a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree in chemical engineering.
Career outcome
Graduates can work in industries focused on process design, production, and sustainability, including resources and minerals processing, energy and renewables, manufacturing, water and waste, and food and consumer goods. Roles may include chemical/process engineer, sustainability or decarbonisation engineer, process improvement engineer, production engineer, or consulting engineer supporting cleaner technologies and efficiency. This is a Bachelor Degree / Honours Degree leading to chemical engineering careers.
