About the course
This double degree combines interior architecture design with property economics to build skills across creative spatial design and the commercial, valuation and development side of property. You study both components concurrently, integrating studio-style design learning with business and economics foundations, and may have opportunities for exchange. The program includes professional practice requirements to support industry readiness in interior architecture and property economics at bachelor level.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles spanning interior architecture and the property sector, such as interior designer, spatial/fit-out consultant, or roles in property valuation, development and advisory services. The property economics component includes professional practice experience to support entry to valuation and property professions, while design studies prepare you for work in multidisciplinary design teams.
