About the course

The Master of Architecture/Master of Property is a double degree that combines creative architectural training with commercial and analytical property expertise for careers across the built environment. It is designed to broaden students’ capability to work across disciplines and understand how design decisions intersect with development, management and valuation. The program supports industry readiness and flexibility by integrating architectural and property perspectives in one qualification.

What you might learn

They build capability to analyse and value property, alongside advanced knowledge of property development and management. The course also strengthens sustainable design capability through the use of new materials and technologies to create environmentally sustainable buildings, supported by professional practice in a property context.
