About the course
This Bachelor of Data Science develops skills to collect, manage and analyse data to solve real-world problems. You’ll build foundations in programming, databases, statistics and modelling, then progress to data science methods and applied projects. The course includes complementary study options and opportunities for work integrated learning. This is an undergraduate program focused on data science and computing practice. The programme builds programming, systems thinking, and data skills for technology-driven industries and startups.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles where data is used to drive decisions, such as data analyst, junior data scientist, analytics consultant, business intelligence analyst, data engineer (entry level) or insights officer.
