About the course
This double degree builds capability in media practice and communication alongside a comprehensive legal education. You’ll explore global media culture and develop critical thinking, research and professional skills, with attention to ethical and legal issues in emerging media across workplaces and communities. Graduates gain an interdisciplinary foundation for professional work combining media and legal expertise at Bachelor level in Law and Communication. The programme builds legal reasoning, case analysis, and professional ethics for legal practice and public service pathways.

Graduates can pursue roles that combine communication and legal expertise across private practice, government and industry. Potential pathways include solicitor or barrister, in-house legal adviser, policy or research officer, prosecutor or magistrate, and specialist areas such as intellectual property or media law.
