About the course
Architecture at UWA explores the conceptualisation and design of built forms that respond to social, economic, environmental and technological needs. You’ll build a foundation in design thinking and the built environment while developing an understanding of how architecture shapes cities and communities. This is an undergraduate architecture course within the Architecture & Building discipline. The programme combines engineering fundamentals, design projects, and industry-ready technical problem-solving skills.
Career outcome
This course can lead to diverse pathways across the built environment sector. Graduates may pursue roles in architectural drafting, design support and related areas, and may progress to further study for careers in architecture, urban design, architectural education/academia, or government policy work. This is an undergraduate Architecture & Building qualification that supports entry into further professional study and built-environment careers. Preparing graduates for graduate engineer, project support, and technical design roles across engineering sectors.
