About the course
This diploma develops technical and management skills for running residential, commercial or industrial building projects. You’ll learn theory and practices for low and medium-rise construction, including building surveying, job supervision and safety management, alongside project management skills such as contract administration, planning, costing, and resource and financial management. This Diploma qualification supports eligibility to apply for a Builder Low Rise or Builder Medium Rise licence in Queensland in building and construction.
