About the course
This double degree combines applied finance with actuarial studies to build strong quantitative and market-facing skills. You’ll study financial systems, instruments and risk control alongside actuarial methods used to model uncertainty and support business decisions. Taught by industry-experienced staff, it includes a capstone and pathways to professional recognition through the Actuaries Institute. This is a four-year undergraduate course in actuarial science and finance.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across banking, investments, financial risk and analytics, and actuarial or insurance-adjacent functions where modelling and risk pricing are valued. The combined training supports careers in funds management, corporate finance, trading and risk teams, as well as actuarial analyst pathways in consulting and financial services.
