About the course
Designed for international students, this three-year actuarial science program follows a two-semester model with study in the January and September semesters each year. It builds quantitative capability across mathematics, probability, programming, finance, economics and data science to analyse and manage risk and improve business decision-making. Students benefit from smaller classes and access to the Bond FinTech Hub and data analytics facilities. The programme introduces accounting standards, taxation basics, and financial reporting for professional accreditation pathways.

Graduates are prepared for analytical and risk-focused roles across finance, insurance, superannuation and consulting. Typical pathways include actuarial consultant, insurance or superannuation actuary, risk analyst, liability manager, investment analyst, portfolio manager and big data analyst. The program is accredited by the Actuaries Institute and is structured to support exemptions toward Part I (Foundation Program) requirements for actuarial professional recognition.
