Designed for people with technical or vocational qualifications and workplace experience who want to teach or train adults, this associate degree builds core skills for adult and vocational education settings. Delivered fully online, it recognises prior learning with substantial credit and develops capability in facilitation, assessment and reflective practice, with an option to progress into further study. This is an Associate Degree in Education & Teaching. The programme develops classroom assistance skills, child development knowledge, and educational support practice.
